Each project engagement will be defined by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and associated costs. The SOW becomes an integral part of these terms once mutually executed by both parties.

3. Payments and Billing

Our payment terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial for both parties. We offer flexible payment structures to accommodate different project types and client needs.

3.1 Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and offer comprehensive revision cycles and quality guarantees.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We include up to 3 rounds of revisions in all project quotes to ensure deliverables meet your expectations and requirements. Additional revisions are available at negotiated rates.
Dispute Resolution
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice receipt. We will work collaboratively to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently through our dedicated client relations team.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights are carefully defined to protect both our clients and our creative work. We believe in transparent ownership and fair usage rights.

Client Materials
Any materials, branding, or content provided by the client remain their exclusive property. The client grants Creativobe a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services during the project duration.
Final Deliverables
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client receives full ownership and commercial rights to the final delivered work. This includes all source files, assets, and documentation created specifically for the project.
Background IP
Any pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, or code libraries used in creating deliverables remain the property of their original owner. This includes our internal systems and creative processes.
Portfolio Rights

We love showcasing our work! By using our services, you grant us the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. Client-sensitive information will always be protected and can be excluded upon request.
